* Next Day delivery applies for orders placed Monday - Thursday before 2pm
DELIVERY TO UNITED KINGDOM MAINLAND:
- For weekday orders placed before 2pm, we aim for next day delivery
- Please allow 1-3 days for delivery
- Free delivery on all UK Mainland orders
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
- Mainland Europe delivery aim 3-5 working days
- Worldwide delivery aim 6-7 working days
- During peak times, for international deliveries, please allow 11-20 days delivery
RETURNS:
Follow these steps to return a product(s):
- You can request a return up to 30 days after you receive your order
- They must be in original condition
- All items must be unused, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
- Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable
- To request a return, visit our Returns Portal
- Select the items you wish to return and confirm your request to receive a prepaid shipping label
- The label will be emailed to you once the return has been approved
- Bring your return to a DPD Drop Off point and return your item to us
- For international returns, we will notify you of your nearest drop off point
- Once we receive and accept your return, we will refund your order. You will be refunded to the same payment method used for your purchase
