Refund policy

RETURNS:

Follow these steps to return a product(s):

• You can request a return up to 30 days after you receive your order
• They must be in original condition
• All items must be unused, unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging
• Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable
• To request a return, visit our Returns Portal
• Select the items you wish to return and confirm your request to receive a prepaid shipping label
• The label will be emailed to you once the return has been approved
• Bring your return to a DPD Drop Off point and return your item to us
• For international returns, we will notify you of your nearest drop off point
• Once we receive and accept your return, we will refund your order. You will be refunded to the same payment method used for your purchase
